Even though August has passed, there are still many hot days ahead of us this year. Mung Bean Lotus Soup and Goji Chrysanthemum tea is traditionally enjoyed throughout Asia during the summer months. Not only is it delicious, but it contains many health benefits such as being great for the eyes, skin conditions, and nourishing the Liver and Kidney essence.
