In this brief 7-minute video, Dr. Lu explains that as Chinese medicine practitioners, our goal is not to kill the virus or pathogen itself, but rather to aid the body in releasing the virus through various means such as rest, massage, nutrition, and taking Chinese herbs to promote a light sweat so that the body can expel the virus.
