Qi Gong for Mind & Body with Dr. Jing

The exercise increases the circulation of Qi/Energy and Blood through the 6 channels that run through both of the arms - namely, the Lung,Large Intestine, Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium, and San Jiao channels. Natural, relaxed movements of the arms and legs combined with deep breathing help to calm the mind and spirit, bringing about inner peace and harmony.
